A software company that operates what it ships.
Wayhow was founded on a simple observation: most businesses don't need more software vendors. They need one accountable team that designs, builds, and runs the systems they depend on.
Small and medium businesses lose customers in the gaps: the call that rings out at 9 PM, the reservation that never got confirmed, the question that waited two days for an answer. The technology to close those gaps exists, but it usually arrives as a stack of disconnected tools that nobody owns end to end.
Wayhow exists to own the whole thing. We build AI products like Sylo and custom systems for businesses, and we stay on the hook for how they perform in production. When your receptionist is software, "it works on my machine" isn't a standard. Answered, booked, and confirmed. That's the standard.
We're deliberate about craft. Specifications before code. Independent review before release. Progress measured in shipped capability, never in effort. It's slower to promise and faster to deliver, and that is exactly the trade we want.
The four people on the hook.
Samuel C. Mbagwu
Samuel leads Wayhow and also serves as our Chief Technology Officer. He sets the technical standard for everything we ship, from database level tenant isolation to the independent review every release passes before it goes live.
Emmanuel Tareke
Emmanuel runs our day to day operations and also serves as our Chief Financial Officer. He keeps delivery, budgets, and internal systems in order, so projects land on time and everyone knows exactly where things stand.
Ugochukwu Obiora Okafor
Ugochukwu oversees our information systems and also leads compliance and branding. He looks after how Wayhow behaves and presents itself, from AI disclosure and regulatory compliance in our products to every word and pixel that carries the name.
Okenna Belonwu
Okenna opens new markets and builds the partnerships that keep us shipping for the businesses that matter. He makes sure the right problems find us.
Three rules we don't break.
Meticulous is the law
Attention to detail isn't a phase of the project. It's the whole project. Every font, every word, every edge case is a decision someone made on purpose.
Honest capability only
We report what works end to end, not what's "basically done." Progress moves when capability ships, never for effort and never for intent.
Serve the customer's customer
Our software talks to your guests, patients, and clients. If a design choice helps us but not them, it doesn't ship.
Want to work with us, or for us?
We're always interested in exceptional engineers and operators, and in businesses with problems worth solving.
